The Good, the Bad,and the Ugly: Sullinger edition

After every game we talk about the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

The Good

:D Sullinger's offensive game is better than expected. He scored 14 points off of 5-of-8 shooting. He played very well offensively against the Knicks, and it was nice to  see Jared breakout against the Knicks. Jared didn't start tonight, but he played more than starter Brandon Bass. But that's also because of overtime. Jared out played Bass tonight, and he's making a case for the starting role come opening night. Sullinger is showing us that he's a very good asset on the offensive glass with four last night against the Knicks. Sullinger can get points off the glass, and from being assertive in the post.

The Celtics need it, and he's giving it so far for the C's.

The Bad

:( Jared showed some promise from the charity stripe in his first two games overseas. But tonight he missed the go ahead freebie that would have given the Celtics the win. Overall Jared wasn't bad from the foul line he made 4-of-6 last night.

The Ugly

 Jared had some questionable moments on the offensive end when he tried to force the ball inside. I understand why he was doing it, because he was playing with the third string guys, and the Celtics needed offense. I would have liked to see Jared play a little bit better as the focal point in the offense, and he did 90% of the time. But I think he'll grow from his mistakes from last nights game.

pick and roll seems to be a huge problem for Sully

Defense or on offense Paul? I think for sure on defense.

I meant on defense, Greg. Hopefully Sullinger can work that out. Copeland went wild last night.
