Humphries has played well, especially with Sully dealing with a hand injury. Hump continues to work hard out there, I hope he's okay, doesn't sound like a long term injury.
Kris Humphries was held out of Boston Celtics practice Monday and is considered day-to-day with what the team called a sprained left ankle.
The Celtics play again Tuesday in Denver.
Humphries began the season out of the rotation but has emerged as the first big man off the bench. During a 119-96 blowout loss to Oklahoma City on Sunday, he had 14 points and three blocks. And over the past five games Humphries has been Boston's best frontcourt contributor (starters included), averaging 11.6 points and 7.8 rebounds over 23.6 minutes per contest.
