Bradley suffers a bruised collarbone in loss, shooting woes continue

"[Irving] went to the basket, came down, and elbowed me right on my collarbone. It's just a little swollen," Bradley said, later adding, "It hurts, but I'll be fine. I get injured all the time. I'll be all right."

"No, not at all. Not at all. Just my collarbone," said Bradley, who had ice wrapped on the sore area after the game.

"I think he’s fine," said Rivers. "I think it was more the hit. I was concerned when he grabbed his shoulder that it was his shoulder, and Kyrie informed me that he shot him with an elbow; it had nothing to do with the shoulder. So I told Kyrie, ‘Thank you, for the update.'"

Avery has been in a slump. He was 2-of-8 from three-point land, and he seems to be forcing at this point. He broke out of his slump for about two games, but I'm starting to wonder if Bradley is one dimensional. He's missing at least one layup per game, it feels that way at least. I think he's not letting the game come to him, he's trying to do so much, and it's hurting him. What worked last season was Rondo finding Bradley in the best open spots. Right now he's so focused on the three ball. He was cutting, and slashing last season, and it was his bread and butter. I think Bradley's issue is his love for the corner three. He needs to step in about 5 feet or so for easier jumpers.

Bradley's defense is vital to Boston's playoff success. When it comes down to it. What route will Doc go if Bradley hurts the Celtics on the offensive end? Lee is a solid defensive guy, and so are most of the Celtics. Bradley honestly needs to relax. His confidence on offense needs to take a lesson from his confidnece on defense. As for Bradley's injury. He should be just fine. The Celtics need his defense, and his offense is actually not that important, because the Celtics have many options. Avery needs to worry about the open shots that come his way. I don't want Bradley to force offense that doesn't feel natural.

Bradley has taken more then he can chew right now,but at best this is a good learning time for him. Will see what happens.

If Rondo steps up his defense, these two guys could be devastating.

Bradley has the mechanics, but he's young and things rattle his confidence easy. I think he'll improve. But this guy will never be someone who scores 20 a game.

Thankfully some of you hold him accountable. He walks on water right now even though he can't make a shot, and misses layups, and makes bad choices. Without defense,I don't know if he sees any playing time in the NBA.
