Brad Stevens talked about playing for 48 minutes after the Celtics let go of a 27 point against Denver. The Celtics won the game anyways, but this Sunday the Celtics put together a great 48 minutes jumping on the Knicks early 34-11 in the first quarter and never looking back. The Celtics would take their lead all the way to 40 points in this game, and they would hold onto that with a 41 point win over New York 114-73. Jordan Crawford had a game high 23 points and Sully followed that with 21 points. The Celtics continue to have a decent size lead in the Atlantic, and the tanking is dead! This team is playing with a sense of purpose. Could Stevens be an early front runner for coach of the year?
