"IN RONDO WE TRUST"

Celtics Blog Post New Entry

Recap: Celtics are the Celtics again beat the Nets 115-85

The Celtics blew the Nets out of the water in every aspect. The duo of Lee (18 points for the game), and Rondo (9 assists for the game) dominated the Nets backcourt with steal after steal. Lee had 4 steals, and with Rondo. The Celtics ended the game with 16 fastbreak points, but it seemed like more. Everybody had a good game tonight. If your going to pick on anyone from Thursday's game. I would have to say Green. Green was solid, but he was missing hard shots. He finished with 7 points, but Green had 6 boards, and that's a plus from Green.

The Celtics shot 56% from the field, and the C's had 26 assists for the game. Pierce had a carry over from the Tuesday night game. Pierce had 18 points in 22 minutes, and he was 4-of-4 from beyond the arc. Jason Terry was also on fire with 15 points, and he was 5-of-5 from three-point land. Sully was solid as well with 12 points, and it looks like Jared will start along side KG in the frontcourt.

The C's squeaked by the Nets on the glass 43-40.

The Nets wanted the win tonight, and the Celtics knew that. So Doc played the guys a few more minutes more tonight.

Awesome win, and the Celtics defense was back, and the chemistry was perfect.

We gave up a lot of offensive glass, though.

True, and it's a trend I worry about.

I worry about that too. We can't get out on the break if we don't grab rebounds/
