I like where Ainge seems to be mentally. He seems relaxed and confident, and I think he should be. I think that he is exceptional at making the most of lower picks. Ainge's comments on Allen and KG are encouraging. The one thing I'm not hearing that I want to hear is that Rondo's input on players is playing an important role.

And I have to say that when Ainge talks, its words words words. Nothing he says can be taken to heart.

I worry that Danny has turned into someone who makes big moves when he should make small moves, and small moves when he should make big moves.

He wants to make a splash! Not good, for some of our guys.

And yet he seems timid about moves we really need. I mean, come on, I'd pull out all the stops for Smith, or someone of that ilk, but for Austin Rivers? What am I missing?
