I think Danny is calling out Doc a bit, and he should. Doc should have went big, and Green should have been in the game. Danny says lack of effort, but who's the directed towards? The guys were undersized. So I don't know how they rebound effectively. Doc's effort should have been in question last night. I agree with Danny saying in so many ways that Paul shouldn't be playing hero ball every night. Sometimes we need it, but this team is built around team play without Rondo. They need to move the ball, and just play hard that way. It's worked well so far when they execute that way.
