Recap: C's win 108-100 over Thunder
|

Rajon Rondo added 6 points, 16 assists and 8 rebounds, while Jeff Green added a season-high 17 points off the bench. It most have felt amazing for Jeff Green to beat his old team. It was his first game against them since the trade. The Celtics, and Thunder were going back, and forth, but the Celtics were up two (66-64) with little more than two minutes to go in the third quarter before closing out the third on a energetic 11-1 explosion.
Paul Pierce matched a season-high with 27 points on 8-of-16 shooting (4-of-6 beyond the arc) while adding 4 rebounds, 3 steals and 1 assist over 31 minutes. Pierce matched blows with Durant, and Westbrook all night long. He did it with inside scoring, and of course his spot on three-point shooting.
Rondo pushed his double-digit assist streak to 36 games. He can tie Stockton for second all-time this Sunday against the Magic in Orlando. The Celtics gave up 100 points, but the defense was active, and they made stops when they need to. I wasn't thrilled with the 46 points in the paint. But the Celtics battled the Thunder valiantly on the glass losing 40-36. Good win for the Celtics they move to 7-6, and this seems like their first signature win.
