Rondo all fun, and games with ref, but it came back to bite him on the ass

Rondo also went on, and said he's a repeat offender. Danny Ferry went to the league, and in return they fined his sorry ass. Why would a GM do that?? This wasn't a playoff game first of all. I could see that happening if your team lost a close game, but the Celtics had this regular season game in hand, and the call that the ref made was in favor of the Hawks, and that call was bogus first of all, and Rondo did what most NBA players do. The ref didn't give him a tech, so why is it that Rondo gets punished? I'm shocked the league fined Ferry.
Many feel like this was Rondo's fault, but come on. What really happened here? Rondo has deserved punishment in the past. Maybe not as harsh. But Rondo did what he did, and like I said most NBA players go up to a ref, and the same. Rondo went on to say he needs to adapt, and maybe that's not good enough. I don't want Rondo to be a tamed tiger.

I read and re-read the complete interview, and at the end of it, I started thinking that if I was the league and the media, I'd be ashamed and I'd feel the need to apologize to Rondo.
To me, it looks like during his interview, he basically said: "Now, everybody can see that I'm the target of the NBA and that the media are helping them to get me in trouble just because I'm not gonna bow down and kiss their ass"
He even said that he's gonna adapt, he didn't use the word change. And that's because he's not gonna change!! He's just gonna adapt to this man-hunt the league and the media are doing with him.
Maybe I'm just thinking too much.. I tend to do this from time to time, but he really made the league and the media look like ridiculous jerk!!
