What are Celtic fans thinking: It's okay?

Its only one loss.  We were worse last year. Calm down people. Judge this team after the AS Break. Its still pretty early. If they play like this after the break, than we can worry.

I think this team takes the cake right now. The Celtics had heart last season during there poor play. They had many one-point losses, and many moral victories. this team frankly gets their asses kicked on a nightly basis. I'm concerned now.

Everybody can keep harping on last season but this season is different. We actually played defense last season and played with determination. This is just pathetic.

Just like I said in the above comments. This is pathetic. No effort what so ever. That's what it looks like to me. Last season we had guys with heart. Daniels, and Dooling, and Pietrus. This team is not the same.

Pierce and Garnett are older and slower (as is Ray Allen). Last year Bradley shockingly catalylized a vast defensive improvement. Can it work again? Maybe. Perhaps nothing can cure this malaise except a visit from the doctor -- Dr. Thibideau. Rotations Rotations Rotations!

The Celtics defense this year has been knocked down a few notches. Bradley will help, but he won't fix everything. The Celtics still have issues inside.

It all comes down to defense. Jeff Green, Bass, and Lee are all playing pretty poorly. Terrible rotations, especially for Green and Bass.

So true. The Celtics won't go anywhere with poor defense, and the effort is more concerning than the execution, but honestly they go hand, and hand.

on paper, we are a much better team this year than we were last year, and yet we are getting our butts handed to us, and teams clearly don't respect us. We should worry. Around here we talked this summer about guys like Pietrus, about how important they were. Danny decided to go with the youth movement, but he went too far - and it didn't help that Pietrus wanted too much money.

I think Rondo needs to keep scoring.
