Doc doesn't like the NBA fine on the Spurs

The league doesn't give a crap about the NBA fan. They care about their ratings. It was a game on TNT, and the Spurs rested the Big Three against Miami's Big 3. The Spurs put up a good fight nearly winning in Miami. Stern runs this league on a fly. Rules he enforces that are normally not enoforced.

ESPN

Commissioner David Stern said the Spurs "did a disservice to the league and our fans" when they didn't bring Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili or Danny Green to Miami for the final game of the six-game trip.

"The result here is dictated by the totality of the facts in this case," Stern said in a statement. "The Spurs decided to make four of their top players unavailable for an early-season game that was the team's only regular-season visit to Miami. The team also did this without informing the Heat, the media, or the league office in a timely way. Under these circumstances, I have concluded that the Spurs did a disservice to the league and our fans."

I get the message. NBA fans pay to watch players. So I ask Stern why suspend Rondo? Why not fine him? What if I paid to watch Rondo Friday night? I think he was kicked out of the game  when the incident went down in. That should be enough. I think you suspend a guy when they pull a Ron Artest. Humphries got nothing for a cheap shot, and for pushing back, and he ripped Rondo's jersey off. I don't like Stern, and his mafia ways.

Stern loves to find reasons to fine teams, players, and maybe he should fine refs!

I think the league should have a fine, or a accountability on the refs, but that will never happen.

Look at flopping. The primary reason players flop is that refs don't call fouls. Or let's say that they have their own agenda for foulcalling. A guy can crush Rondo while 'blocking' his shot, but if Rondo touches someone, it's a foul. That kind of thing.

Why did Rondo go after Humphries? Cause the refs allowed him to hit Rondo hard, and than he did it to KG, but they called a foul on that. The league is a sham.
