The key tonight is defense, and it begins with Rajon Rondo.   Will we see the Rondo that can shut down Chris Paul cold?  Or will it be Matador Rondo?

I understand that Rondo likes to play off his man, in order to play roaming defense against the rest of the team. I think he has to focus more on Parker tonight, but also, I've come to believe that when Rondo does roam, he needs to actually create more havoc in order to make it a workable strategy.

Ray will start for sure. Without restrictions. It was great while it lasted.

rebounding is really starting to hurt us, 17-12

But on the plus side, we are shooting plenty of Js

disappointing first quarter. We started out well, but our Js weren't falling and the only thing we had going for us offensively the second half of the quarter was Rondo.

seven rebounds for Pierce in the first half. We need KG to come out like a lion in the second half.

Killer defensive quarter for both teams. Cs small lineup managed to chip away at Spurs lead. 4 point lead going into fourth quarter.
