Celtics Practice notes: Ray will start when he returns

Well for most of us we got our answer. Ray will resume his starting role once he's healthy. Ray should return this Wednesday, after getting a Cortison shot. I think its a big mistake, and I think most fans can agree on that. Ray's role is needed off the bench I think. Doc your a stubborn man!
Other happenings. KG is spending extra time with Hollins after practice. Great signs for his growth.

Damn. As long Doc uses Bradley often then this can be fine I suppose. I still wish he would have TRIED Allen off the bench. If Allen tanks it defensively though then Doc will probably have his hands tied. Let's see how this plays out.
That's good to hear that Hollins is getting extra KG time. I can see that boy as a scary threat if mentored correctly.

Let's hope this works out for the best, but I'm. Happy Ray will return, but I truly wish he was off the bench. Hollins can learn a lot from KG,good for u KG.
No, no, no. This is a big mistake. This is Smarm Master Doc in action. Rondo and Avery are dynamite.
I'm not against Ray Allen. I love Ray Allen. I hope hope hope that he finishes his career as a Celtic. I think he would be madly effective as the sixth man.
But I'm not happy about this, and I see it as Doc once again pandering to the Big Three. Avery and Rondo have turned into an amazingly dynamic back court. We shut down teams defensively. We can run. Bradley doesn't need the whole offense set up for him, which gives Pierce and Rondo room to attack, and allows time and room for pick and rolls all over the place, while Bradley either sets up or cuts. This is such a bad decision.

It doesn't work, because that make 4 of our starters jump shooters. With Bradley,we have a guy who can cut to the basket,or run with Rondo. Pierce can get to the rim at times, but the team has been clickin, best case Doc tries ray as a starter, and he moves to the bench later. No clue, but Bradley should start
