I thought the bench gave the Celtics a solid effort with a combined 17 points. I have been on Doolings back all season long, and for one game I will back off. Dooling, and Sasha hit big three's in the 4th, and that's all you can ask for really.
The Celtics performed two of the key defensive numbers. The Celts held the Jazz to 39% shooting, and to 82 points. Turnovers were not bad at all. The Celtics caused 14 for the Jazz.
A vintage stat line from the old man. 23 points, 10 rebounds, and 4 assists. I personally think KG should grab 10 boards a game. He usually gets 7-10 per game, but that little extra goes along way. I love what he's doing right now.
Another great Rondo assists fest. Rondo with 14 assists on the night, and he was just killing it with his great, and creative passing. He's already found a connection with Hollins, and that only helps the Celtics.
Rebounding woes yet again. The Celtics lose the glass 49-38. It seemed like the Celtics were closer at times, but when you would look at the box score it was saying something different. The Jazz had a big frontcourt. So maybe it wasn't a bad total for the Celtics?
Losing an 18 point lead wasn't the best thing too watch. The Celtics have put the pedal to the meatal a few times, but overall the Celtics seem to let go of the wheel for awhile. I think everyone's searching for the a game that the Celtics hold a large lead for 48 minutes.
