The Celtics jumped out on the Knicks at the end of the first quarter, and into the second quarter to take a 17 point lead. The Knicks would chip away, and late in the third the Knicks would take the lead. The Knicks led by 11 points, and it looked bad for the Celtics. Brad Stevens remained calm, and so did his team who chipped away. The Celtics would prevail to win Friday night 90-86 after coming from behind,
Jared Sullinger scored a team-high 19 points. Courtney Lee
scored 18 points off the Boston bench, while Bradley finished with 13
points and five rebounds. Carmelo Anthony scored a game-high 26 points, while Andrea Bargnani added 22 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists to pace the Knicks.The Knicks drop to 6-16, and the Celtics hang on to the top spot in the Atlantic by a game. The Celtics will have the weekend off, when it comes to games. The C's will see the T'Wolves Monday at the Garden. Stay tuned for more on the game later tonight, and in the morning.
