The Celtics built a 13 point lead in the first quarter but the Bucks would hang around for the entire night. When it looked like the Celtics were going to put the Bucks away the Bucks would come right back into the game.The Celtics finally put some space between the Bucks in the 4th and finished off the Bucks 108-100.
Jordan Crawford scored a team-high 25 points on 8-of-14 shooting (4-of-7 beyond the 3-point arc) Jeff Green scored 18 points, while Brandon Bass (16 points, 9 rebounds) and Jared Sullinger (12 points, 8 rebounds). All five starters scored in double figures tonight, and the spark off the bench from Lee was needed behind his 7 4th quarter points and 11 points for the game.
The Celtics cooled off after their hot start, but in the 4th the Celtics scored a blazing 39 points and the field goal % improved to 49% for the game. The Celtics handled the glass 40-33. The Celtics took care of the ball with 12 turnovers, and they had 20 assists which is good for this club. The Celtics will have two days off until the face the Nuggets Friday night at home.
