The Celtics controlled from the opening tip, until the Raptors took a 30-28 lead with 7:52 in the second. The Celtics couldn't hang close, the Celtics fell down by 15, but a 23-8 run in the third tied things up 71-71 at the end of three. The Celtics couldn't pull ahead, and the Raptors won 93-87 at home.

Vitor had a solid first half with 13 points, but he couldn't produce the same way in the second half. He ended with 13 points, along with 3 rebounds, and 3 blocks. An aggressive Jeff Green scored a team-high 25 points on 8-of-16 shooting over 37 minutes, while Brandon Bass added 17 points on an efficient 6-of-7 shooting over 32 minutes.

The big stat of the night that cost the C's the game was the 22 turnovers. This was one of those games that comes down to a moral victory, and this year will be full of them. Humphries had  8 points, 9 rebounds, and 2 blocks behind a +12. I was a bit surprised by his play tonight. The Celtics were also beat pretty badly on the glass 48-33. I'll have more on this game, if none of you guys are hung over from the Sox win.

Didn't get to see the game because I was out celebrating the sox win but like you said this was a moral victory. Green had an efficient night and it seems like vitor is going to be legit.
