I feel defenseless as a butterfly. Vulnerable, soft and fragile ready to break as if I was a glass hanging on the end of the table.Playing a role only to please someones pocket. As my pocket runs dry, theirs seem to grow fatter and fatter. A cycle that will not cease. We keep coming back to a league that has been fixed, or the attempt is surely there. I don't want this to be about my hatred towards Lebron and the Heat, but I have no choice but to mix the two. I think the non suspension of Wade has awoken my senses. I still can't shake last years game two between the Heat and Celtics. Rondo was fouled and we got a no call. That non foul changed the momentum in that game, and the Celtics could have won that game two, and who knows what happens.
That's an old bitter story of course, and that has nothing to do with what happened in game two in the Pacers series. The NBA continues to set the bar. They talk a good game, but when it comes down to it. They can't stand by with a Spurs and Pacers NBA Finals. The Spurs alone already have some of the lowest rated NBA Finals in league history. Putting a team in a small market would be deadly. Especially since they don't have a star like Durant. The NBA continues to let the Heat do what they want. Especially Wade who has the rep as a thug and dirty player on the court.
The Rondo take down
Wade has crafted ways to do things like this. Look at his legs, he uses his legs to trip up Rondo. I can't be a coincidence that Wade seems to find his way into things like this.
Wade elbows or shoves Rip Hamilton
What's that? I've seen Rondo get suspended or kicked out of a game for less. Wade was suspended or fined for that.
Wade kicks Session in the no-no area
He finally got a suspension for this one.
Mix of Wade dirty plays
The Heat should be confident. Not only do they have the best player, but their allowed to do what they want, so they should be very confident. Why do I keep coming back to this? Do I like the abuse from the NBA? I just want some fairness. If the Heat won things by the books okay then. But they seem to get advantages like Wade not being suspended. It just adds fuel to the fire. The league has been dirty before this current Heat team. A damn ref was in trouble for altering games, and changing outcomes with the power of a whistle. Was it by the hands of the league on some of those games? I don't know, but it happened. The NBA is known by other fans in other sports as the WWF, or WWE whatever it is.
The NBA seems to look out for their pocket before the integrity of the game. I may be over reacting to this, but something isn't right here. I love the NBA, but I feel like I'm being tricked into something. Wade should have been suspended, and the Heat as whole gets the upper hand in other aspects that I won't get into. I think James should be ashamed of himself for not winning a title sooner. The NBA has given him the whistles to win for the past 4-5 years. James was smart going to Wade. Dwayne isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. I think I have come to the conclusion that I will boycott the finals this year. I will focus on the Celtics, and to me this season is over. I really can't sit through another Miami Heat game. It's not enjoyable, maybe if they had some class I would reconsider.
