Doc would search every inch of the world until he found the right motivation for his club. Using this seasons disaster as the pinnacle of his motivation creation is a simple solution. Such a simple spark that ignited the Celtics this season. Like the moment we realize that we got things to do at the last minute. We procrastinate until the final day, but when the deadline arrives we find a second gear.
With the recent determination that this team has found they have begun to trust each other in different ways. They don't Rondo to fall back on to save them. The bigger picture went from a little one when Rondo went down to a bigger one with what the Celtics have done without him. Doc Rivers has made this team believe. He seems to always have the right words to say. And he knows the right buttons to push. Nobody's perfect. Doc has made mistakes, but at the end of the day Doc knows this team. He does his homework. I trust Doc with this team, and maybe he can motivate this team for a long playoff run that most critics believe won't happen.
Life is really hard, it is based on ups and downs, but it is hard, when you give up, and you stick to your thoughts that this is hard. Your going to make things much worse. But if you accept you can do something, and if you have somebody there to feed your mind that you can do something it will become a little easier. Those who work hard and they put all the effort in their work, they will succeed, and they will reach to their destination.
Self motivation Is a hard thing to have. But when you have someone there with you. It can make things easier, and Doc is the right coach for a team dealing with loss. He can help them through this.
