C's sign Randolph to 10-day

The Celtics truly looked overseas when it came to big men, and back court help.
The 29-year-old Randolph has appeared in 95 games over a five-year NBA career, but has not played in the league since totaling six games between the Blazers and Heat during the 2009-10 campaign. The 6-foot-10 forward has averaged 2.4 points and 2.4 rebounds over 8.2 minutes per game.
Randolph spent the start of this season with the Foshan Long Lions and will be the third player signed out of the Chinese Basketball League by the Celtics in the past 10 days. He's also played internationally in Puerto Rico.
With the buyout market unlikely to turn up much in the way of serviceable talent, the Celtics have scoured what's available in the D-League and internationally. Reports indicated they were interested in the likes of Louis Amundson and Tim Ohlbrecht, but ultimately elected to bring in D.J. White and Randolph after big seasons in China.
Randolph averaged 32 points and 14.6 rebounds over 36.5 minutes in 28 appearances for Foshan.
I'm glad another guy is getting a crack in the NBA. Also thankfully the C's got help up front.
