Green nominated for player of the week

Jeff Green earned the nod, and hell if the Celtics had a better record on this trip he may have won that honor. Let's hope this is one of many nominations for Green. Here is what his week looked like.
ESPN Boston
Green averaged 19.3 points, 5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 2 blocks and a steal over 34 minutes in four appearances last week. That included a season-high 31-point outburst in Boston's lone win over the Phoenix Suns on Friday. Green shot 56 percent overall over the last four games, but was a minus-16 in total plus/minus as the Celtics went 1-3.
