Jet takes flight with new offense

Terry has been a bust for a lack of better words. The theme for many people could be because Rondo is gone. Some may say that Terry found his way, or groove Wednesday night because the Celtics were without Rondo. I like what Terry has to say on why he played so well Wednesday.
"My role doesn't change," Terry said, echoing what coach Doc Rivers said prior to Tuesday's practice. "I play the same way. Again, it's been an adjustment for me playing in this system, but I'm getting more and more comfortable."
But with Rondo out of the picture and the Celtics employing a simplified approach predicated on spacing and ball movement, Terry could see himself in more scenarios that are better suited to how he best plays the game -- something he freely admitted after scoring 12 points on 5-of-7 shooting Wednesday night.
"With this style that we're playing now, I think it's a little more conducive to my game," Terry said.
The Celtics showed what the might be able to do without Rondo. The team played very different. It didn't look like the same team. They pushed the ball more, or at least it felt like they did. The Celtics ended with 14 fast break points. The Celtics will need Terry to play like he has in past season. Especially without Rondo.

Great. So nice that the rest of the team is finally showing up.
Trust me Paul it won't last.
I mean good basketball is good basketball, and they are playing better, but don't expect me to start a Terry-ology series anytime soon. The guy makes me sick.

I want it to last. But don't expect me to like this team. I like KG. I like Sully. The rest of them? To me they are like playground bullies. The Geek is gone. They won. Y'all feel smarter now?
Don't like this team either. Couldn't watch the entire game last night.
