The Celtics were no match for the Hornets in every facet of the game. Mainly when it came to rebounding, and guarding the paint. Pierce had a team high 10 rebounds, and Jared Sully came back to earth with just two rebounds. The Celtics lost 48-33 on the glass. And they gave up 48 points in the paint, and as Doc said the electric fence was on for the Celtics on the offensive end inside the paint.
Again I love what this team did during a 6 game stretch, but the big question remains the same. Do the Celtics need to make a play for a big man? Sully has been very solid, and Bass in spurts. KG is KG, and that's not an issue. The Celtics have Collins who's basically good for fouls, and they have Wilcox who's just getting back, and frankly he won't fix the Celtics problems.
