Rondo 2nd in All-Star voting among backcourt players in the East
Rajon Rondo is on pace to be an Eastern Conference backcourt starter after the NBA released the first returns on All-Star balloting.
Rondo is second only to Miami's Dwyane Wade in East backcourt balloting and fourth overall in the conference. Kevin Garnett (3rd) and Paul Pierce (6th) are near the front of the pack in frontcourt balloting. KG is projected to be a starter as well with the frontcourt squad.
