Question of the day: Who's been the best player off the bench?

Posted by shawn cassidy on November 27, 2012 at 12:20 PM

It's been awhile since I've done a question of the day. But I thought this was a solid "Question of the day".

The Celtics bench is a strong force these days. And were still waiting for Bradley to return. So either him, or Terry will be coming off the bench. But lets look at the guys we have now. When I think of the bench. First thought is Jeff Green. But when I look at consistent impact I think of Barbosa.

Leandro Barbosa, was singed for a  price of $854,000 and inked a week before the by start of the regular season for additional guard depth after we lost Dooling. If you look at his contract to Green. I think Green owes him some money. Barbosa plays around 8 minutes less a contest, and yet the difference in points is one. First of all, I hate to bring up stats, but for this argument I will. Leandro has been instant offense, and he's changed more games for the Celtics. Barbosa is sure of himself, and his confidence is out in every game. The same can't go for Green.

Green is the better player overall. But Barbosa is that $500 TV that the wackos wait in line for to get at a price of $197. Sorry if I offended any Black Friday shoppers. I also believe as of late Sully has out played Green on a consistent basis. He's slowly becoming a steal more, and more.Wilcox, and Lee have been solid.

But who's made the most impact?

Barbosa has been amazing.

Green needs to get in sync with Rondo.

Barbosa has almost been this year's Bradley.
