Good ridance

"It's been a great run. The league is in, I think, terrific condition," Stern said. "I'd like to think I did an adequate job. But one of the things I did best was provide a successor. I'm not going anyplace in the next 15 months, but this gives us the opportunity to have a very smooth transition."

Magic Johnson called Stern "the greatest commissioner in all of sports" on Twitter on Thursday.

I didn't want to post anything about Stern. But I decided to anyways. Stern  has made the NBA the second most popular sport perhaps behind football. But I'll always have major dislike for the man. His replacement Adam Silver will run the league into the ground.

I'll remember Stern for his dirty refs, and for ridding Jordan until he retired.

Don Sterni's legacy has turned very ugly in the last year particularly. He's like someone who built a really nice house, then filled it with toxic waste, and then put it on the market and fled town...
