Jeff Green a perfect fit for crunch time?

“It’s not as difficult as you think, it comes down to the right two,” said Rivers. “Jeff Green, and another guard or another big. It might be the right one [because] Jeff Green, for the most part, might be on the floor as well. It comes down to that fifth guy, and is it going to be another big to go big? Another guard to go small? There’s a lot of options.”
We've been talking about roles. And Green is fitting right into his role. I think Green's role hasn't been a 100% defined. But he's moving in the right direction. Doc's been a big fan of Green so far, and the thought of playing him in the final minutes of big games has crossed his mind. Green can fill the role that Bass did last season at the end of games, and maybe even better. But Doc expresses that the 5th guy that goes along with the Big three, and Terry(assuming) could be a guy that fits the matchup at the time.
Green might not be an all-star, but his potential may come to surface this season. We have more preseason games, and we have an entire season to play, but Green has started in a good spot.
