The Lakers hate us, but do we hate the Lakers as much as they hate us? I read a lot about the Heat, but when push comes to shove, everyone must hate the Lakers. Why do they hate the Heat more than the Lakers.  I understand  why, but were born to hate the Lakers.

I just hate the way we went out as opposed to how they went out. in 08, they embarrassed us. Erased a 24 point lead in game 3… handing us the worst loss in finals history in game 6.

At least when they lost to us, it was a respectable 7 game series.

I guess I just hate the Celtics

I hate the way the Celtics went out in-game six, and how they ended game seven in 2010. The Celtics had the Lakers cornered. But they couldn't end the series.

All-time rivalries it's the Lakers, the rivalry of the moment? The Heat for the Celtics. At the end of the day, the Lakers matter more than any other team. Checkout these blogs on their take on the rivalries.

The Heat are a team we need to beat on the way to beating the Lakers.

Some rivalaries don't stand the test of time. Only one has,and that's Lakers and Celtics.

The one thing I don't like about what Ainge did this summer is that he seems to have focused on building the team to beat the Heat. What he should do is forget about opposing teams and build it around its own strengths, ie, Rondo, but as it has turned out, I think that's what he's done.
