To me, the two most underrated rock guitarists may be George Harrison and Bruce Springsteen. Both guys aren't necessarily noted for their dexterity. In fact, I'd say Bruce is a bit of kutz with a guitar. The thing is, they play with emotion. Harrison always plays clear lines, while Springsteen usually plays muddy lines, but really, notes have nothing to do with it.
