In my lifetime, I would have to agree that the 1986 Celtics were the best passing team. Walton was a big part of that. Bird was always crafty, but when Walton joined the Celtics in 1986. The C's had an element of passing when Bird hit the bench. Walton won the 6th man award in 1986. "The system feeds itself."

That 1986 team is so underrated. They were so good that the Lakers pretty much gave up on the season. And you are so right, Shawn; it was the passing.
We will see this same attitude in this year's team. We will see that same level of passing. I know i've said this so many times, but this team is going to shock the league with its defense, its passing, and its overall play. It's going to change the way people see the game of basketball.
