Alex Kennedy @AlexKennedyNBA Jermaine O'Neal said that Boston wasn't a good fit for him. He's looking forward to finding a situation where he can have a better role.
How's he a better fit in LA? They have two big men who play 35 minutes a game, and that means JO will have a backup role in LA. In Boston, you got the starting job Jermaine. The Celtics, and the fans put up with your out of shape mindset. After taking $12 million over 2 seasons from the Celtics and playing in only 49 games. Jermaine says he will have a better role, he should have his head checked.
I want to forget that Jermaine O'neal even had a Celtics jersey on ever. He could have cared less about the Celtics as a franchise. You had two guys who are on the Celtics today, who were not on the roster last year because of their heart issues. Wilcox of course was done a few months before the playoffs, but he stuck with the team, despite being released. Wilcox was with the team a couple of times during their playoff run. Jeff Green was on the bench all year long from time to time. But Jermaine please explain to me, how are you going to have a better role?
