Sullinger Postgame( First game as a Celtic)
| Posted on July 10, 2012 at 2:30 AM |
Sullinger may turn out to be a gift after the Celtics snagged him up at the 21st pick. Concerns about his back came out ,and most top 5, or top 10 players slip later in the first round, and the Celtics may have stolen a gem. It's to early to know what kind of player Sullinger will be, but what a good start for the young man.
Sullinger finished 6-of-12 shooting (and 7-for-7 at the charity stripe) for 20 points, while adding six rebounds and a block over 24:08. So far Sullinger will be needed if the Celtics fail to add another big, which is unlikely, but at this point Sullinger will be used at some point. I hope for the best with Sullinger.

Lol, Morena!!
It's really exciting that Sullinger seems to be the real deal. But the other rookies seem more like projects. I think we really need Wilcox and maybe Dooling and Pietrus.
