"IN RONDO WE TRUST"

Celtics Blog Post New Entry

Back in the Land of 3's

As we all know, the Celtics were horrendous to start the series with our shooting beyond the arc. We missed all 11 in game one and took at least another 10 in game two for Dooling to finally break the curse. In game 4, it was time to make it rain. We went 11/26. That's just where this club likes to be. Even Rondo added 2 in there. My god, if that could happen more often... Just imagine a Rondo that gives you at least 2 clutch 3's a game.

Of course, one can't ignore that the return of Rayray automatically gives us a guarenteed adantage beyond the arc. Not to mention with him on the floor it TREMONDOUSLY improves our spacing on getting others open for an easy trifecta. If this keeps up, we are a force that can not be stopped. Nothing hurts worse than 3 point daggers. Especially when Rondo nails one straight in the heart of the opponent.

The three point shooting has finally arrived. Rondo with two big daggers. KG's turn to attempt a three?

He sure got close. He had a long two that was inches away from being a three.

We need Pietrus so bad. I just think he's got so many little injuries holding him back.

It's kind of heartbreaking to see Allen's face in that photo. Man, I hope he realizes what a difference maker he is as the sixth man.

About Rondo, I promise, this kid will give more than that. There is a shooter emerging.

People seem very blind to me. Rondo is a scorer. You can see it. It's coming. Why do so many fans not see it?

Because they just don't pay attention.
When they talked about Rondo, the first thing was "he can't shoot" and people just keep on saying that without even looking at him!!

Exactly. It's like a mantra, isn't it? Another one is that he is a product of the Big Three. They've been saying that for FIVE YEARS NOW!!!!!!

These ads are out of control, Shawn.

A guy on twitter today said that we can't say if Rondo is good until we see him on a bad team.

I couldn't frickin believe it! So if he had good stats while the Celtics nosedove, that would prove that he was a great player!!!! So the whole point is to make your team bad!!!!!! People can't even use their brains.
