This is just a quick post. I wanted to leave you with more details. But I will give you some. As for the Celtics beating the Bulls in the second round. Although the Bulls will be the favorites. I don't know about Rose. How good can he be? If he's weak, Rondo can smell blood. The playoffs are a different beast. Can the role players that perormed so well when Rose was out. Continue their great play? The Bulls remind me of the Cavs. Ran by one superstar, but they can't beat a complete team. I do believe the Bulls are much better than Lebron's Cavs teams, but I think their team lacks something. One more player I guess.
I think the Lakers squeak past the Thunder in the second round. The Thunder are ready, but I think the size of the Lakers will be too much. I hope I am wrong on that, and I could still see the Thunder winning, and I hope so.
I hope I am wrong on this as well. But I like the Spurs to win the NBA championship. I do believe the Celtics reaach the NBA finals, but home court will be an issue again. Because the 2-3-2 format doesn't help them.

These playoffs are going to be a coming out party for Rondo.

Paul, I hope your wrong. Because the Celtics can't beat the Lakers. To big for us. Than again. We did almost beat them twice.
We can beat anyone, but I think the Twin Towers are a big part of the reason the Lakers will make the finals, and they are really tough to beat for sure. The key is Rondo. Rondo has to break down the Lakers' D. There is no way we win a championship unless Super Rondo shows up more and more as the playoffs wear on. But if Super Rondo does show up, we can't lose. I know that's a lot to say, but I think it's true. If Rondo spreads his wings this post-season as I feel strongly he will, and if Dwayne Wade and Ron Artest can suppress the urge to go Tonya Harding on him, I think he'll lead us to a championship. No one has an answer.
