Garnett believes in passion

Explanations are one thing; excuses, another. And the C's, as long as he's been with the franchise, were not about making excuses. So before the team would venture off into the abyss that we know of as All-Star weekend, Garnett held an impromptu team meeting with a clear and very succinct Garnett-esque message. If you're not ready to step your game up the second half of the season, step aside and don't come back because he doesn't want you and the Celtics don't need you. "Yeah, Kevin doesn't say much in the sense of being vocal," Dooling said. "He usually lets his play do the talking, and he always does. But it was perfect timing; every time he says something, he has the respect of our guys and it's always good to hear him get in our ears a little bit."

To achieve something great in the world you need Passion and focus. To fulfill vision, a great leader's courage comes from Passion. Whatever it may be, you must find your Passion, and Garnett has done that. If passion drives you, let reason hold the reins.

Follow your passion and success will hopefully  follow you! Never underestimate the power of passion.Without passion  the religion  of basketball is spiritless.Without Passion history of the NBA is meaningless.Without Passion art is useless. When you take up a mission with passion. There are no dreams too large, no innovation unimaginable.

No frontiers beyond reach. Follow your passion and success will follow you.Our passions are the winds that propel our vessel. Our reason is the pilot that steers them.Without winds the vessel would not move.Without a pilot they  would be lost

There is no end and there is no beginning. There is only the passion of life.Passion is universal humanity.Passion is the genesis of genius. Follow your passion and success will follow you. Garnett usually leads by example, but when he has soemthing to say, he will let you know. His passion could lead some off a bridge. The Celtics need something to be inspired about, and is it this moment? Did KG reach his team. I think it's out of KG's hands. Because Doc makes the final call. I'm happy that KG spoke his mind, maybe he should stick up for his little buddy, Rajon. If not in words, but on the court would do just fine.

Well said. Words are easy, KG. Are you willing to give the situation what it requires?

KG will give it his all, I worry about the others. Does KG get enough from his team now? Not sure.
