Ainge on the block

From where the Cetics  started to where they are today. The journey has been long & tiring from nothing to some thing . It’s not been an easy journey for the Celtics, but in the early seasons, the Celtics in 2008 won banner 17. Tried with luck; tried with hard work tried with destiny too. The Celtics won it all with all of those keys.

But nothing worked for the Celtics prior to the 2006 season. It wasn't  an easy journey. Found love but lost love too with the Celtics. Today Ainge  stands facing the world.

The world is  beckoning the Celtics  to start all over again While I'll  miss my love the Celtics. With whom I would start the journey again with. In the journey of life that never concludes. The lesson of journey never concludes.I want to move on without

As life moves on; I move on with the Celtics, and what's next.To a journey that never concludes. I continue to put out in the cosmos, not to blow this team up like a supernova, and I stand by that.

The Celtics seem stuck in a shower drain waiting to get pulled out, but sometimes you need drano for the quick fix, but I prefer a plunger.

But Danny is a gambling man.Plain and simple.

It starts with just a coin at stake. Till lust has gained its height. How vast great hoards we’d love to make, when gambling demons bite. Many a man has lost his head. Through sums beyond belief. They lie, they steal, some end up dead.Still gambling demons must be wooed, and through more bets appeased.

In betting shops we stand in queue.Watch wheels and tumblers spin.Forget the dice you’d toss. Great fortune lies when truth is learned. In the coming weeks Ainge will be the focus of this club, and the outcome depends on him. Sometimes the best move, is the move you don't make at all.

I really didn't want  to cover that much from Bill Simmons comments. Simmons doesn't understand much about the Celtics, or basketball for that much does  he.

He's a man who's overrated as a GM? Well if you look around the league, he's not bad at all compared to most GM's, but his constant gambles, and bad signings, have me concerned.

I think Ainge has the best intrest of the team in mind. He doesn't bother me sometimes, but I understand why people attack him.

You don't get it, do you? The Perkins trade was NOT a move a man with the best interest of the team would make. It was motivated by reasons and objectives that had nothing to do with basketball, loyalty, the Celtics Tradition, or anything else legitimate. In my opinion, it was a first strike by the owners in the Lockout struggle.

What Danny cares about is himself.

There is a part of Danny Ainge that could be a genuinely great GM. He makes so many really solid and well thought out moves. People think I hate Ainge, maybe. I don't. What I've said over and over is that there are two Danny Ainges. There's the one who makes really smart moves, like shoring up our center position last summer with Shaq and Jermaine: he got us TWO hof type centers, for 7 million per year, to cover for Perkins in his absence, and to sub for Perk when he came back. Then Danny made The Trade and wrecked it all.

This year, Danny reworked the bench, bringing in steady players with dependable mentalities. He created a kind of nest of sensible souls to surround Rondo with. No more craziness in the locker room from underperformers like Baby, West and Nate the Great. Then what did he do? He spent two weeks noisily shopping Rondo desperately around the league, thus insuring that this would be a season of turmoil for Rondo, instead of a season of steady growth.

If one could just pry Ainge away from his favorite toy, the Ainge Express, he'd be a great GM. But, unfortunately, it can't be done.

I know it was about money, but do you think it was a move to set-up to get Howard this summer?

Lol. I thought it was a good one! I too hope Rondo doesn't take a ride, though I expect he will soon.

I think that was part of his thinking. I swear, he acts like a stalker sometimes. Howard has shown no signs of wanting to come here, but Danny has the wedding bower already...
