Doc doesn't panic about the state of the Celtics

I'm someone who doesn't like to panic in my own life. I also like how Doc doesn't panic. But the way things have been this season. I wouldn't mind to see Doc panic a bit. This team has no urgency. They have no urgency, because the past has suggested that patience has worked here. But that can't happen every season, and I just don't see a championship turnaround. I see a second round in the playoffs kind of turnaround. But the expectations have been placed in our minds that it's banner 18 or bust.
“I don’t think the new guys understand what goes into winning consistently yet,” he said. “I think they’re getting that, I think it’s coming. I think you can see that. But no one is going to care as much as guys who have won a title. I think that’s literally impossible. They have something at stake, they’ve invested something already and they’re protecting something. The new guys want that and they have to find out how to do that.”
